Been back to training for 2 weeks now and seeing some good results even with a bunk shoulder and knee. Working with injuries can be difficult especially with programming and lowering intensity, but doing it correctly and adding in Alpha Sterone to my daily supp stack is helping me get my fullness back, recover quicker and build lean muscle💯

Okay guys, last night I literally had a dream that I was at a restaurant and the table next to me was full of middle aged women who started talking about carbs making people fat and that they need to be cut out completely, and it ended with me having to be escorted out of the restaurant because I started screaming, trying to tell them it’s fkn energy balance and whole food groups don’t need to be cut out for fat loss 😤 And I think that pretty much sums up how I WISH I could respond to those kinds of situations at this point ⁣

Czyli zaczynam od stycznia. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Odkładamy swoje plany i cele na później często przez lenistwo czy dyskomfort z nimi związany 😑 Pamiętajmy jednak, żeby się rozwijać musimy wyjść że strefy komfortu, wyjść z ciepłego łóżka wziąć zimny prysznic i iść przed siebie zdobywając nowe doświadczenia 💪🏼 Droga do sukcesu jest pełna porażek i upadków, ale tylko od CB zależy czy się poniesiesz i pójdziesz dalej czy zawrócisz 💪🏼

💃🏼How to stay on track at the weekends💃🏼

This is something MANY people struggle with and a conversation I have with my clients weekly! So let’s talk about how to stay on track whilst still enjoying your weekends, socialising, partying etc...

So let’s use an example of someone trying to lose weight, they have calculated that in order to be in a deficit they must eat 1600kcals each day, (1600 x 7) which equals 11200kcals in total for the week!

But....they know it’s their besties 👯‍♀️ birthday this weekend and they are going out for a meal and some drinks therefore it’s going to be near impossible to stick to 1600kcals because they wanna drink and enjoy themselves!

So what they should do is PLAN AHEAD. For example they could eat 1450 kcals each day Monday to Friday, meaning by Saturday they have (150 x 5) an extra 750 kcals in the bank that they can add to Saturdays allowance 😱 so Saturday they can have (1600 + 750) 2350kcals 🍷 🍔 and by the end of the week they will STILL be in a deficit!

So treat your calorie allowance like a budget! 💰 you can borrow from other days to allow for those social events. This way your total amount of calories for the week is still in a deficit 😏, you haven’t missed out and you are are still on track to reach your goals 🙌🏼
