💥 WOW, i can’t believe I’ve actually hit a 1000 followers☺️ honestly thank you each one of you that are following my journey I’m beyond grateful and I love sharing my crazy life with you guys! I made this account in August purely on the basis of that I wanted to get away from the negativity from my personal Instagram of which I was following a lot of celebrities and just people that used to bring me down. Alongside this I was at a point in my life where I needed to change my lifestyle and also my mindset, I look back a few months and I’m beyond proud of how I’ve managed to get out of the dark place I was and I was suffering badly with my mental health. 🌿When I returned home for the holidays in 2013 at over 300 lbs, my parents and I had a serious conversation about my health. 🌱I’d attempted personal trainers, weight loss programs, etc. even fat camp in the past, but none of those had stuck. I was binge eating frequently and suffering from hypothyroidism, high blood pressure and teetering on the edge of pre-diabetes. ☘️I’d given up all hope that I could handle the issue without intervention, resigned to the fact that I’d spend my life obese. My health issues had become serious enough that I began researching weight loss surgeries. I soon learned that the higher my weight, the more dangerous the procedure. I also learned that following the procedure, I’d have to completely overhaul my lifestyle. 🍀Before consulting a doctor, I decided to see if I could make the changes - diet and exercise - that would prove necessary post-op. I gave myself 30 days. One more shot. If I could go thirty days dieting and exercising and see no changes, I’d know it was a lost cause. What began as an attempt to implement those necessary changes quickly grew into an intense love of health, fitness and nutrition. I began overhauling my nutrition and my exercise routine simultaneously. 🌳I joined my university gym and began weightlifting. I cleared out my fridge of unhealthy foods in favor of my favorite healthy ones like roasted broccoli and sashimi grade tuna. In the first month, I’d shed around 20 pounds and fallen in love with my new lifestyle. Just had the emotional pick up from school 😭 Who knew a bunch of little children could make me so happy and emotional 😂 In all nursery settings his struggled and I’ve also heard some little children be horrible which wasn’t easy to hear, but to see this just makes me so happy 😊 Elijah came out of school and his classmates was outside playing, and as we walked away they all came running to the fence and was shouting “Bye Elijah, we will miss you” Elijah then went to the fence and replied “ I miss you 2, see you tomorrow” all the way to the gate I could just hear them saying goodbye, do know how relieved I feel that he has little friends, it’s so nice to see children welcoming him in and acknowledging him like his just the same as them, obv course I got in the car and cried lol 😭 first time I’ve seen him speak to another child at school 🥰 it’s the little things... then he picked me a little flower 🌸 little darling 😘 #autism #autismawareness #autismmummy #autismspectrumdisorder #myboy #proudmummy❤️ #mybestfriend #ourjourney #newbeginnings #rwl #resultswellnesslifestyle #resultswithcecilia #resultswithlucy #healthymummy #tuesdayvibes #tuesdaymood #ourautismjourney #autismlove #fitnessmotivation #fitnesslife #fitnessphysique

Ahh little proud moment, Elijah received a certificate and gold for being a little helper ☺️, it’s strange because yesterday I spoke to his teacher and said Elijah never discusses school and doesn’t like to talk about it which was concerning... everyday I receive images and updates which I know his doing ok, but this morning I received this one 💜 His still currently not doing full time and is struggling some days, but this has been a big transition for Elijah and his coped amazing and seemed to be fitting into main stream school well, if someone would of said 2 years ago he would be in main stream school I wouldn’t of believed them, it’s been a lot of hard work to get him to this point but the overall credit goes to Elijah 💜 #autism #autiamawareness #autismmummy #autismspectrumdisorder #myboy #proudmummy❤️ #mybestfriend #ourjourney #newbeginnings #rwl #resultswellnesslifestyle #resultswithcecilia #resultswithlucy #healthymummy #tuesdayvibes #tuesdaymood #ourautismjourney #autismlove #fitnessmotivation #fitnesslife #fitnessphysique

@rwl lift like a pro week 1 session 2 is my absolute favourite workout to date. I’ve done it a few times before and I genuinely love it. Managed to use 3kgs for most of it which is huge for me! This was today’s workout from @the.strong.girls.coaching now I just need to get in another 2,000 steps before I’m done for the day. How is it Monday already? For some reason this morning I dropped off Elijah and needed more sleep 😴 perhaps I’m feeling a little tired as I’m trying to juggle a lot at the minute or I’m about to have a lupus flare up as I’m starting to feel my normal symptoms appearing when I have a flare up 👎Which I’m praying it’s not... Good old mince & tatties last night for tea. I find this picture hilarious because it looks like a whole bag of tatties on one plate😂. But they were baby potatoes and tiny. Week 1 of cycle 1 complete of @believe_sweat_achieve It's been a great first week I've upped my daily steps, as per my #bsagirls goals, to 12k. I used my breaks at work to walk around the carpark....I used to sit dor the 20 mins and chill....not anymore!! . . Week 2.....I think I'll be focusing on my nutrition and trying to improve what I'm eating, what I'm fuelling my body with. . . . I've planned out my workouts which include a couple of @rwl #tightenandtone sessions alongside @vikki_rwl_lifestyle PT sessions. My house is turned upside down and it stinks of wet clothes. He hasn’t changed his boxers in 3 weeks ladies 🤮 While I’m a little stressed out as he has stuff airing everywhere the washing machine is having a hiss fit! 4 loads of washing done. We have to make the most of the last 3 weekend we have together as he’s leaving me for 7months 💔 and no R&R due to COVID!! I’ve told him he will either come back to me with a 6 pack or 6 rolls.
